Inquiry form: when you submit the inquiry form on our Contact page, we collect your name, role, organization, email address, and the details you provide about your industry, the support you're seeking, and your challenge.

Payments: when you make a payment via our Payments page, we collect your name, email, organisation, and payment reference details. Card, UPI, and bank details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay, our payment processor — we do not receive or store your full payment credentials.

Usage data: we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, general location at a country/region level, device type). See “Analytics” below.

Payments made on this site are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you make a payment, the information you enter into the Razorpay checkout is subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliant handling — we do not see or store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials. We retain the order reference, payment status, amount, currency, and the contact details you provide on the payment form, for accounting and support purposes.

[verify: name of the analytics provider once selected — brief Section 8 recommends a privacy-respecting option such as Plausible or Fathom over GA4]. Our analytics provider does not use cookies to track you across other websites and does not collect personally identifiable information.

This site does not use marketing or advertising cookies. Any cookies in use are limited to what is strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g. remembering your preference on a cookie/consent banner, if shown).

We do not share your personal data with any other third party except where required by law.

Inquiry form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our business records, and are deleted or anonymised thereafter unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@embutelabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some data (e.g. payment records) may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request.
